Pradip has over 25 years of experience in the field of Telecom & IT with key expertises in the area of telecom network operations, engineering, solution design, Presales Program Management by managing a highly focused & result oriented team. He worked in many companies including Tata Teleservices, Flextronics Design, Motorola India, Tejas Networks and Reliance with variety of technical, managerial and senior management leadership roles. Pradip had post graduated from Institute of Radio Physics & Electronics under Kolkata University. He is also an alumnus of IIM, Kolkata in Executive Program in Business Management.
Jolly has over 20 years of experience in software development & product Engineering working on SaaS Customer Experience Management platforms for surveys with Text and Sentiment Analytics integration & Social Listening Platforms, Mobile Device Management, design and development of Enterprise & Printing applications. She has worked with Product Engineering & strategic partners in implementing/deploying new product features for various customers. Last one decade she is working extensively on text analytics solutions for social data sources for various projects of Fortune 500 companies. She worked for companies including Satmetrix, MFormation, Covansys and EFI in variety of technical and managerial roles. Jolly had post graduated from Institute of Radio Physics & Electronics under Kolkata University.
Kakali has an overall experience of 30 years in the Banking and Financial Services Industry. She is currently working with DBS Bank India Ltd as a Customer Service Executive. Kakali held key administrative positions with Deutsche Bank AG, American Express Bank, Goodricke Group Ltd, Balmer Lawrie and The Tinplate Co of India Ltd and has been an indispensable Team player. Kakali is a Commerce Graduate from Kolkata University.
